Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay (Review)

The Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel is situated in Urayasu, Japan, just outside of Tokyo. It proudly serves as an official hotel for the Tokyo Disney Resort, and our family has had the pleasure of staying here more than 20 times in the past decade during our visits to the parks. This year, the resort is celebrating its 35th anniversary, adding to the excitement.

At the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay, you'll find a wide variety of room options to suit your preferences. From themed and Japanese-style rooms to the exclusive Club rooms and the Park Wing, which offers a quieter atmosphere and modern finishes, there's something for everyone.

One of the major perks of staying at this resort is its unparalleled access to both Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Sea via the monorail. It couldn't be more convenient for exploring the magical world of Disney.

When it comes to dining, the resort boasts five exceptional restaurants. The Grand Cafe is an all-day buffet restaurant, while Toastina offers a cozy cafe experience. If you're craving Japanese cuisine, Asuka and Maihama Teppanyaki are your go-to options.

For recreation and relaxation, The Oasis is the place to be. It features a swimming pool, fitness center, a brand-new Kids Area, mini-golf, and an arcade. Additionally, there's an outdoor pool available, but please note that it's only open during July and August.

If you have access to the Sheraton Club Lounge, you'll enjoy complimentary breakfast, snacks, evening drinks, and hors d'oeuvres. However, it's worth mentioning that they also sell access to anyone, resulting in a crowded buffet experience on the 12th floor, especially with large families. To make the most of the view overlooking the Tokyo Disney Resort, we recommend arriving early to secure a seat by the windows.

Overall, the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel offers an exceptional stay, combining comfort, convenience, and proximity to the enchanting world of Disney.
